One of the major advantages of selling your home using for sale by owner is that you can set your own schedule. There are many other advantages too - not the least of which is that you will save a great deal of money.
Get a Free FSBO Listing - includes pictures, home features. FSBO listings promoted nationally. Free FSBO listing can be extremely effective.
Not all FSBO listing services are the same, or have the same effectiveness. A major downside with FSBO is that in many cases you don't have the advertising resources that realtors can use. So be sure to list with a For Sale By Owner service that does local, regional and national advertising.
